Bangalore, India – January 27, 2015 - NTT DATA Global Delivery Services Limited (GDS), a leading IT services provider, today announced the establishment of its Cloud Services Command Center at its Global Village campus called Global Service Operations Center (GSoC). This state-of-the-art facility enables NTT DATA to support its global customers in the areas of Remote and Cloud IT Infrastructure and Applications Management, with an enhanced capability to provide predictable, reliable, and cost effective services. This new center is efficiently designed to meet the market demand for collaboration between services and technology platforms in addition to ensuring enhanced operations capabilities. John McCain, President and CEO, NTT DATA, Inc. and Marv Mouchawar, President of Cloud services, NTT DATA, Inc. were on hand to inaugurate the Center today at Global Village.

This facility is uniquely positioned with NTT DATA’s proprietary monitoring and management capabilities targeted to support companies across the manufacturing, healthcare, life sciences, and retail industries. NTT DATA plans to interlink the GSoC in Bangalore with two additional centers in Tokyo and Louisville, Kentucky to ensure business continuity.

NTT DATA Awarded Contract to Modernize Background Checks for U.S. Department of Justice

McLean, VA – September 15, 2021 –NTT DATA today announced the company was awarded a contract with the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) to build a case management system that will update the process for federal submissions to support the mission of the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS). These submissions will update Criminal Histories and offer better tracking and relating of NICS prohibitors. The technology solution will synchronize disparate data from key federal systems, and simplify what are currently intensive manual processes to create a comprehensive, holistic NICS management solution.
