In this virtual event, University of Alberta and NTT DATA team up to explore how automation is allowing staff to provide better services to students. As research and research funding remain critical to the university, it has introduced workflow and approval automation in relation to research projects, expediting a traditionally manual process.

He provided leadership in the development of the UA's IT governance structure and IT strategic plan which will help overcome challenges through changes in service delivery, enabling access to data, and improving user experience through self-service and automation.
